What does "going green" mean to Neighbors Allied for Good Growth (NAG)?

To lead up to Go Green! Brooklyn Festival, we asked some of our performers and exhibitors to let us know what "going green" means to them... Here's how NAG responded:

"Going Green" means renewing a commitment to making our impact on earth a positive one. Whether it's small things like being mindful, generating less garbage or turning off the lights, or a large thing like organizing public meetings about local environmental hazards and advocating for their clean-up, Neighbors Allied for Good Growth are committed to going green, and staying green, and helping others grow their green roots."
