• NYC public schools are closed until April 19th. They are currently scheduled to reopen 20th.
• NYC private schools are closed.
• NYC senior centers are closed.
• The Brooklyn Public Library is closed through March 31st.
• Many NYC churches are closed.
• The Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, queens Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo and NY Aquarium are closed.
• NYC theaters, concert venues, movie theaters, clubs and bars with no food are closed effective
• NYC restaurants, bars and cafes cannot provide dine-in, they can only provide take out and delivery.
• The CDC also recommends no events of more than 50 people nationwide for the next 8 weeks.
~ MEALS ~
• All families can visit their nearest NYC DOE school to pick up grab-and-go breakfast starting at 7:30 AM and lunch starting at 11:30 AM. visiting https://nycenet.edu/schoolsearch or calling 311. Meals will be available until April 8th, the day before Spring Break was scheduled to start.
